How to report responses

Updated today

We’ve made it easy for users report participant responses if they have any issues with their quality e.g. audio issues, camera issues, not reading the tasks, etc.

Responses should only be reported if there is a participant fault.

Reporting a response will remove it from your project and automatically replace it with a new response so you won't lose out on any data!

We recommend reporting a response instead of deleting them, as deleting will not replace your response.

Note: After reporting it may take time for a new response to come in - the time may vary depending on which recruitment panel you have used.

If you have made changes to the study while your recruitment order is still active or your prototypes are not accessible then we recommend cancelling the recruitment order then relaunching a new recruitment order with the changes (instead of reporting any responses).

How to report a response:

  1. Open your project.

  2. At the top menu click 'Responses'.

  3. On the left of the individual response you would like to report and replace, select the toggle arrow next to 'View' and you will get a drop down with the option to 'Report response' or 'Delete response'.

  4. Select 'Report response' - this will then allow you to select a reason for your report, and write a small description about why you have chosen to report the response.

Note: The description must be at least 100 characters in order for the report to be submitted!

  5. Then submit your report and you should see that it has been removed from your response tab.
