Viewing your survey and test responses

Ballpark gives you several ways of reviewing the results of your research including an aggregated view of your responses, heatmaps, metrics and video responses.

The different ways to use responses:

  • View all responses to your question and tasks

  • Deep dive into a specific participants responses

  • Replay audio, video and screen recordings

  • View aggregated data in the summary and gather insights

  • View AI summaries and transcriptions

How to view responses:

  1. Go to your project

  2. Click Responses

Here you will be able to see an overview of all the participants responses for each question in a table.

You can use filters, sort and edit the columns to adjust how you view them in the response table:

Note: If you are unsatisfied with any responses (e.g. they have recording set up issues, audio issues, poor answers) then you can report these responses.

How to view an individual participant response:

  1. Go to your project

  2. Click Responses

  3. To view any individual participant response, hover over any row and click the View button on the left

Note: If you have enabled audio for your study, you will be able to find an audio transcription within the response beneath the video player.

How to view the response summary

  1. Go to your project

  2. Click Summary

Note: This is also where you will find AI summaries of responses for written questions in your study.
