How does recruitment work? And what are minutes?
Recruitment in Ballpark works on the concept of hiring participants based on the amount of time you need them. We use the total minutes required as the currency for hiring.
For example, if you need 50 people to take your test, which will take 10 minutes, then that will be
50 participants x 100 minutes = 500 minutes required
How many minutes do I need for my survey or test?

How to use recruitment
From your Dashboard, go to the project you wish to recruit participants for
Click on the Recruit tab in the top bar
Enter your Study name, description, and choose which devices participants can use to take your study. Note: screen recording is only supported on desktop devices, and not mobile or tablet devices.
Enter participant filters, participants required, and duration
Click "Proceed to checkout"
Your chosen plan will include a certain number of Ballpark minutes.
I'm out of minutes. How much do additional minutes cost?
The price to purchase additional minutes is $1 per minute, starting at bundle sizes starting at 50 minutes.
