In October 2024, recruitment minutes became recruitment credits. This is to support the upcoming launch of enhanced recruitment options. The price of standard recruitment remains unchanged at $1 per minute. Learn more

Recruitment in Ballpark works on the concept of hiring participants based on the amount of time you need them for in minutes x credits per minute for your recruitment method. Ballpark has three recruitment methods with different prices per minute:

Note: The Enhanced and Enhanced B2B options are currently in private beta. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss early access.

Our annual plans have an included allowance of credits for you to test with and all customers are able to purchase additional credits. Credits are available in bundles ranging from 50 to 2000 credits, at a price of $1 per credit.

Where can I purchase recruitment credits?

There are two main places you are able to purchase a bundle of credits:

From the Recruit tab in a project

This method is available to editor, admin and owner users:

  1. Navigate to the Recruit tab in your Ballpark project

  2. Head to the Order summary on the right-hand side of the page

  3. Below Current balance > Select Buy more credits

  4. Choose your desired bundle size (50, 100, 250, 500, 1000 or 2000)

  5. You'll be taken to a checkout > enter your card details

  6. Press Pay > your credit balance should update

From the Billing section of your account

Please note, the billing section is only available for owner users on a workspace.

  1. Hover over your avatar on the bottom left corner of your dashboard

  2. Click on My Account > Select the Billing tab

  3. Below Recruitment credits > Select Buy more credits

  4. Choose your desired bundle size (50, 100, 250, 500, 1000 or 2000 credits)

  5. You'll be taken to a checkout > enter your card details

  6. Press Pay > your credit balance should update

Note: Your credit balance should update in a few seconds. If your balance doesn't update after a few minutes, please contact support.

Where can I find my invoices for recruitment purchases?

When your purchase is completed and your allowance has been updated, an email will be sent to your user email address.

Workspace owners are also able to access all recruitment invoices by following the below steps:

  1. Hover over your avatar on the bottom left corner of your dashboard

  2. Click on My Account

  3. Select the Invoices tab

  4. Click Download PDF
