A big upgrade to recruitment is coming - here's what you need to know

Updated over 2 months ago

We're rolling out dozens of features and upgrades to recruitment in Ballpark, including a bigger panel and more targeting options for finding B2B participants.

To accommodate these changes, we're updating some of the terminology and pricing structure in Ballpark to allow you to have more flexibility when conducting research.

'Minutes' will now be called 'credits'

We're changing the terminology how you order and pay for participants in Ballpark.

Instead of buying and using minutes, they will be called credits.

This allows us to introduce new recruitment options in Ballpark now and in the future. We're starting off with 2 additional panel options.

$1 = 1 credit

The current pricing model of $1 = 1 minute will switch to $1 = credit.

Your balance will automatically be transferred to credits. For example if you have 500 minutes they will become 500 credits.

Introducing Standard, Enhanced and Enhanced B2B panels

We're increasing the pool of participants from 100k to 3 million globally by adding new panel options to Ballpark.

Each panel is aimed at different requirements for your research, whether that's simple surveys or more in-depth video responses.

The existing panel you use today will be renamed to Standard and remain the same price.
