How to test websites in Ballpark
How to test websites in Ballpark
Updated over a year ago

Ballpark not only allows you to test Marvel and Figma prototypes but also live websites too.

It's the perfect feature if you already have existing landing pages, web apps or even competitor sites that you want to research.

It works by allowing you to send a participant to a specific URL, then giving you the option to record their screen so can see and hear exactly what happened. You can then follow up with survey questions to dig deeper.

If you don't need their screen recorded, no problem! You can simply follow up with questions after sending them to a URL. No video recording required.

The benefits of website testing in Ballpark

  • Watch and record how people use your website, product or feature

  • Watch and record how participants respond to competitor websites or features

  • Track how long the website task takes each participant to complete and the average
