Ballpark has partnered with Rally, a user research CRM to seamlessly run Ballpark studies with panels of your own participants.
What's great about this integration is that there's no special setup required in Ballpark, you just need to enter the Ballpark share link in your Rally study. Your participants will be automatically marked as completed in Rally when they reach the end of the Ballpark test.
How to add your Ballpark test to Rally
Go any project
Click on Share and copy the URL
In Rally, open the Test step of your unmoderated study builder (see Rally guide)
In the What app are you using for this test? dropdown, select Ballpark
Paste the Ballpark share link

Once you collect responses from Rally participants
You can see which participants in Ballpark are from Rally by looking at the Source column in the responses tab of your project. We also record which Rally participant they are and the study they belong to
