Ballpark's Business Continuity Plan

Ballpark has a structured business continuity plan which contains details of the provisions made to enable Ballpark to respond to a critical event within its business. The plan is designed to outline the planning required to facilitate the recovery of the service or department with minimal interruption to all customers and tools, and within a reasonable timeframe.

This plan identifies:

  • a template to facilitate business continuity planning at organisational and departmental level

  • organisational details outlining key functions within each department

  • information such as key partners and contingency plans for any service outages to ensure business delivery
