Ballpark Application Infrastructure
Updated over a week ago

Ballpark uses industry-standard cloud-based infrastructure to provide the Ballpark service. We primarily host our infrastructure using Google Cloud Services, with additional features being worked on currently that may be complemented by secondary infrastructure vendors to provide specific features within Ballpark, such as participant recruitment.

Primary Infrastructure

The Ballpark Platform infrastructure is hosted on servers based in the European Union. This allows us to meet specific regulatory and compliance requirements of organisations in Europe, including financial institutions, consultancies and government entities. Our data center provider Google Cloud Platform located in Saint-Ghislain, Belgium and Frankfurt, Germany maintains multiple certifications, including SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3 and ISO27001. In addition all data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using strong encryption.

Secondary Infrastructure

When any secondary services are utilised to support feature-specific parts of the Ballpark service, such as participant recruitment, this section will be updated.
